**No warranty will be covered if any damage was caused by misuse of the product. **

Guarantee Terms What covers this warranty. Vitsuba Group warrants its products to be free from defects in materials as well as manufacture for the warranty period.

If the product proves to be defective in material or manufacture during the warranty period, Vitsuba will repair or replace with a similar product at his own discretion.

The replacement product will be reconditioned and include parts or remanufactured or refurbished components.

Duration of warranty

Vitsuba sources are warranted for twelve (12) months from the date on the invoice for all parts and labor.

To whom is this warranty valid

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

What this warranty does not cover

Any product whose serial number has been started, changed – altered, or removed.

Damage deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

a. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature, unauthorized modification to the product or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product

b. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Vitsuba Group

c. Any damage of the product due to shipment or transportation

d. Removal or installation of the product

e. Causes external to the product, such as fluctuations or power failures.

f. Use of materials and parts that are not in accordance with the specifications of Vitsuba Group.

g. Wear and tear caused by abnormal use

h. Any other cause not related to a product defect.

Warranty for new devices that have problems

If a Power supply unit Vitsuba presents problems in a period not exceeding 30 days from the final purchase. This should be taken to the Authorized Service Center where after confirm the product problem management will be a change of the unit, if applicable after this period will proceed to repair.
